When i was 13 I had Glandular Fever, and after a few relapses and a sleeping disorder i was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue. For the past 5 years of my life, i’ve spent the majority of my time in bed, and I haven’t had the energy or strength to be active.
Chronic fatigue pretty much means: Being tired 100% of the time, aching muscles, headaches, feeling miserable, indigestion, hypersensitivity, mood swings, increased PMS.. the list goes on!
I decided that 2012 was going to be different, i was going to push myself and exhaust myself more than i already was in order to be active and become healthy and fit. While I’m exercising I feel great, it’s just finding it within me to do it when i’m feeling like shit everyday. It’s a daily struggle, but i’m determined to keep active.
